Maureen Kelly, who successfully ran 'Kelly's Bistro' at the Cableski lake has recently taken over 'The Lakeside Brasserie' on Spring Lake. As well as the superb pizzas available to take away, there is also an all-new menu, with locally sourced, seasonal food cooked to order, as well as regular themed nights. Maureen said:
