Cable // Ladies Mornings

Ladies mornings are designed to help you learn without the pressure of too many people watching. During the session, you will be taught in a group of a similar ability, whether your aim is just to get round the lake, or if you want to land your first invert off the kicker, our coaches will teach you all you need to know, in a non-pressured environment. We run the cable slightly slower than normal, making it much easier to learn, and we'll even pick you up in the boat if you fall!

The sessions will run on every Thursday morning between 10am and 12pm and will cost £30 including any equipment you need. Keep your eyes out for special pro-coaching mornings through 2010 with Steph Caller.
